Pet Cemetery is Saam Watkins, most known as drummer and vocalist for the brilliant bleach pop band Playlounge. Taking what Playlounge does and converting it into a bedroom lofi setting is an interesting concept, neatly and cutely done by Saam with a pleasant ease. It keeps the plush harmonics and catchy riffs but without all the fuzz and distortion and more stripped back drums.

This song has a considerate amount of instrumentation, making the song sound full. It's a testament to home recording, how much you can throw in, and give full band feeling yet being on your own. There is a breezy feel to this song that carries it. Sharp note work, powering chord play and buried but fitting vocals.
